Course Description
The Flat Course: Oval and run right handed. Races start from the far bend on the outside of the jumps track and then comes in to the inside track. A separate straight course runs across the middle of the oval and is 5 furlongs in distance. All the home straights are steeply uphill.
Jumps Course: Is also a right handed oval is 1 mile 5 furlongs in distance. There are 11 fairly tough fences but the bends are easy.

Premier Enclosure:
Laurent Perrier Champagne and Seafood Bar: – Champagne and wine with a wide range of seafood specialities.
Cavalry Bistro & Bar: – Bistro style restaurant, serving a choice menu, table reservations are not required.
Horsewalk Bar: – A full bar offering premium draught and bottled beers, spirits and champagne.
Sandown View Bar – A full premium bar facility, with Pimms and Champagne.
Annual Members Bar – full bar including Pimms and Champagne, open to Annual Members and Owners and Trainers.
Tingle Creek Restaurant & Bar – A La Carte restaurant serving lunch and afternoon tea.
The Grandstand Enclosure
Food Court: – offering a selection of traditional dishes and premium sandwich offers, tea and coffee with extensive seating avaliable.
Sports Bar (Parade Ring): – a fun array of drinks, including cocktails.
Diamond Edge Bar & Ember Bar – full bars offering premium draught products.
Grandstand View Bar: – a full selection of draught beers, wines and spirits, as well as ‘Bombay Bangers’ in baguettes and tea and coffee.
Bendigo Bar – full bar offering premium draught products.
The Course Enclosure: Catering Outlets – dotted around the course, a selection of outlets offer a variety of tea, coffee and snacks. Park Bar – found in the centre of the course, it offers beer, wines and spirits
Directions
By Car: The course is 15 miles south-west of London just off the A307 and is very well signposted.
By Rail: Esher railway station is adjacent to the back straight of the racecourse. Racegoers can walk along the platform before taking a short cut at the end of the platform which brings them to the turnstiles half way down the back straight.
